Keswick Optical refusing to follow their Warranty Policy of manufacturing defects for up to one year for all current frames. My husband's prescription sunglasses has a defect in the small screw which they are blaming him for the problem They say it's his fault for wearing them all the time. Is he not allowed to wear them whenever he needs too? How can they use this idea of theirs to turn him down for his guaranteed replacement? Please I advise you to never shop here for your glasses again!
