    School Pics
    Just got a call from my daughter about school pics. Told her to give me the info to order them online....lo and behold, can't do that. No online ordering!!! So I asked if there was a place for credit card info...NOPE. Is this company really that far behind??? Not to many people I know have cash on them, let alone laying around the house. I don't like sending cash or cheques with the kids, not that I don't trust the boys either. They are pretty responsible for 9 & 4yrs. Told my daughter to go to Walmart...better selection, better prices

    Multiple problems over the past few years with the photo provider. Very expensive for low quality photos. One year we did not receive a class photo after purchasing a large package. When I called and asked I denied a copy of the photo even after making a large purchase. This year my child handed in his package late the next morning after due date because he forgot it in his back pack. Told we couldn't hand it in that there would be a ten dollar late fee per child putting the cost for the packages over 100$. You've got to be kidding me I can go to sears for less than that and get multiple shots to choose from. The proofs were just the same shot only one was darker in their proofs this year. With so many photographers out there I think we will scrap this crap and go to Sears for head shots. What a farce. When we discussed this over Facebook many many other parents are no longer purchasing photos and instead are going to walmart loblaws or sears. Even calling their family photographer instead and going outdoors and getting multiple photos on cd for less than the cost of this companies packages. We won't be buying photos from this company ever again. The employees I spoke to regarding my issues were arrogant.

    Pictures were no better than ones from the Walmart studios and 10 the cost. WhIle I wouldn't have minded that add much as the rudness. Certain staff are quite rude and should consider not working with the public.
