VARY POOR customer service call them about 3 weeks ago and finally got a call back every time these people come to my house the go to the wrong door and get rude with saying were not home this happen yet agan so I called back and the lady on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE with me so i called back to speak with the manager and the lady that was so rude with me was the manager. When I asked her when she texts her worker if she could tell him to knock loud she laughed at me and said that was funny I'm sorry but the people need a retrain program for their customer service to learn how to talk to pepole better. it just makes me so mad because I know nothing will get done about these people and they will keep on doing things the way they are.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HORABLE PEOPLE!!!!!!
By Dennis from WalkertonGreat timely service, excellent tech, fair pricingWe have a Northland fridge/ freezer unit. 13k new. Northland has no service techs aligned to repair them. We asked multiple appliance techs to no avail. Everyone was scared due to the size of the unit. We were told to call Freeziecat by a local business that had used them in the past. Best decision we made was to call them in as they came within days and torn it apart and our long awaited issue is now behind us due to Freeziecats great service.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I placed my last call to them. I will take my business somewhere where I am a customer and my time is just as valuable.
By iljeva from Durham(3 of 4 customers found this review helpful)incompetent & unprofessionalFreeziecat installed the wrong compressor in one unit and it broke down almost immediately. In another appliance, they replaced the R12 refrigerant with R134. They did not however change the other components to ones that worked with R134... leaving R12 components in place causing the unit to malfunction. They created more problems than they fixed through sloppy workmanship. In yet another unit they installed a baffle to deflect the airflow. Had they secured it with even a single screw, it would not have fallen and totally blocked the airway causing a total failure and loss of the contents. I would never call them again. Unprofessional & incompetent.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
