    I wish I could give zero because that’s what they really deserve. Overcharged. I was told I could have my item back by noon on Thursday so I called at 12:15 to make sure it was ready for pick up. I was told it would be another hour. So I drove there at 1:30 to pick up my item just to be told that it wasn’t done and would be ready by 4. I explained the above and was told to give them 15 minutes. I left and came back in 20 minutes only to find that it was not completed and what was done (sew on badges) was horrible. I had pinned the badges exactly where I wanted them placed and they were not sewn in the right spot and one not even sewn on at all. I explained it was not done correctly, but the lady behind the counter argued with me. I will NEVER go back there again. Recommend everyone to AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

    never use this cleaner
    This dry cleaner is rude and he way overcharges people. He tried to charge me $45 for what another cleaner charged me $8 for. He's very rude, and I believe he has an issue with women. Will never ever ever go there again, and would never recommend him

    ZERO Stars for Five Stars Drycleaners in Oshawa.. (1345 King, at Townline) I wish I could post photos of what they did to my clothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    I wish I could post photos of what they just did to my clothing, and they refuse to give me ANY of my money back!! When I explained that word of mouth is the best form of advertising... The male owner told me in front of another client that he knows my name, my number and my address... and that there will be consequences!!!!! Can you believe that?!? So here it is... (If I go missing... I have his threat filed under police report #192504) Dresses have dark stains all over it! Grease? burn marks? Not sure (dryclean only $300 dresses!!) They STAPLE their tags to expensive garments! The Jeans needed a small hole sewn at belt loop, notice their 3 different thread colours! small hole at bottom of zipper needed fixed, they sewed it up so zipper can only go half way down! 5 stars??? Maybe in their country? I paid good money for this! (unfortunately, it wont let me post photos)
