Extreme Auto Care has been in business for over 13 years and have always prided ourselves on our customer service. Dealing with the number of customers and dealerships across the city it would be very naïve to believe that you could make everyone 100% happy all the time. For this reason we have always quaranteed our work, but a quarantee is only valuable if the customer calls and speaks to someone about the pending issue in a timely manner. We need to be given the chance to fix the issue. A bad review on a site is an unfair way to deal with a issue of bad service. It can have lasting effects for a businesses reputation. As I am sure many would agree it is always better to deal with issues face to face. With that being said we really would like the opportunity to discuss your matter so we can be given the chance to redeem our previous service.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend-
