By Aaron Fletcher from St ThomasCustomer ReviewWe used this travel agency for our wedding to Mexico. 24 adults and our 2 kids. April 8 to 15. We started organizing it in September. And had a 150 dollar deposit in by Oct 1. Final payment was Jan 4. Most people where flying from Toronto. We asked for leg room seats for us 2 and kids near us on the plane.They are 8 and 11. First time flying. We where in row 14 with lots of leg room there and back. The kids where in 26 there and 27 and on the way back. Not near anyone they knew. Some strange guy on the way there and a young girl on the way back.Kathy the travel agent said they could move around in our group on the plane. No your not aloud to. Others we travels with had couples not sitting beside each other or acros the Isle and a row behind. Not acceptable. This trip was booked far enough in advance. We heard complaints from almost all our group dealing with Kathy. Taking 20 min on the phone when our wedding guests trying to give her a credit card number. Not returning emails or calls. Or not there at all. The resort was great. Blue Bay grand Esmeralda. We asked to all be in building 4 and 5. And for us to have a joining room with our kids. King bed for us and 2 doubles for them. We asked for this multiple times. Reminding Kathy. Well the resort knew nothing about it. Shocker. They had our kids in another building. WTF. The best the resort could do was kids on first floor with a king bed and us at the other end of building on the 3rd floor. Our wishes seemed a waist of time. We booked everything well in advance. But it seemed last minute or just forgotten about. Our group was spread out all over the resort . The resort knew nothing about all our wishes and wants. We all could have done better booking online and contact the resort our selves for wedding coordinator and wishes. And we the extra 200 dollars to organize this group trip. We and the rest of will never use them again.-
