By N from Toronto, ONRude and DisrespectfulI phoned to book a room for my family and was treated in such a rude manner that I was speechless. I asked for a room that would sleep four people and I was told that there would be no "partying" allowed at the hotel. I was taken aback because at no point had I indicated that this would be the purpose of our visit. I intended to stay with my parents and brother and I assume because of the youthful sound of my voice, the person the other side of the phone assumed I would be "partying". When I assured him that was not my intention he asked for my credit card information before even telling me what the total would be and then asked where I was coming from, which was information I felt was completely irrelevant to my reservation and made me extremely uncomfortable. I phoned back the next day to speak to a manager about the way I was treated and the same man answered and said he was the manager. I told him I was unhappy with the way he had treated me and wanted to lodge a complaint. He simply said "okay" and hung up the phone. I will NEVER take my business there again and I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
