If I could remove that one star I would as they do not deserve it! We got ripped as we gave them our Dodge Grand Caravan for repair early April and they kept it until today July 2nd WITHOUT it being repaired! According to who I believe is the owner, Dodge cars/vans are hard to repair... Really??! Aren't you a mechanic??! Our van had stopped by the side of the road and we got it towed to his garage for repair. He asked us for $400 upfront to order the parts and we gave him the money. Every week from that point on, we were promised the van would be ready for pickup but when it was time to deliver, we were always given a bogus excuse! After about 5 or 6 weeks, we were promised a courtesy car but when we called to pick it up, we were told that it was not available and we could only have it for one day. When we called again, he didn't pick up his phone. Being fed up, we called a towing service to have it towed to another place but when we got there, the towing service wouldn't pick the van up has the front was completely dismantled. Again we were promised it would be put back together and again we were let down. He promised us that if by 2 weeks ago, the van was not ready, he would reimburse us the $400 we gave him. Of course, that time as come and gone and today we finally succeeded in moving the van to another place for repair. But guess what? He didn't reimbursed us like he said he would. He kept $130 for himself after keeping our van for almost 3 months and returning it to us as broken as it was when we gave it to him. During all this time, I was forced to do my emergency groceries by bus and rely on family and friends to bring our 4 kids to school and other errands. I don't think I ever felt so cheated in my entire life. Thanks Performance Auto! I will never forget!
No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
