First visit: I walked in for a mani-pedi, which ended up being pretty dissappointing quality-wise. While getting my pedicure a man came out of the back room where they do waxing, adjusting his clothing and looking pretty tousled. Two women came out of the same room a minute later, also fixing their messed-up hair, make-up and clothing. Not sure what was going on there, but it seemed a little sketchy to me, like perhaps extras. Second visit: Desperate for a pedicure again, this is the closet place to me so I decided to give it a second chance. Big mistake. I called ahead and made an appointment for 3pm for a mani-pedi, and arrived at 3:07, only to be laughed at and told I was late so I would have to wait. I was a bit miffed, but I waited anyway. For 20 minutes I watched them take in client after client as walk-ins, who had arrived later than I had, regardless of the appointment I had made. I finally asked how much longer, and the owner told me rather rudely that it would be at least another 30 minutes, and that I should have showed up on time and not been late. understand the need for timeliness, but 7 minutes really doesn't justify such treatment. I walked out and will not be returning.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
