They have been through many managers. This manager has added a great deal of cleanliness, updates and organization. He's accomplished many updates and accommodations to the tenants respectfully, the structure, as well he takes ownership of his duties to give the tenants a proud, safe, quiet place to enjoy life's comforts. He maintains the grounds which are plowed early in the a.m., green space trimmed, underground parking, recreation rooms, fitness room, laundry room, and all common areas meticulously. This man has always greeted me with kindness and he takes the time to even have a little conversation with me. He'll alert me if the floors are still a bit wet. He's always available to my elderly parents and their many good friends and other family members that are also tenants there. I have recommended this apartment to many of my friends and they've been quite pleased to have found a building so very well kept. I've often heard stories from my Dad whom has had a great appreciation of all that this manager does day in day out, around the clock! This manager writes notifications that are visibly posted in common areas to guide the tenants should an event occur, a celebration of sorts, a serious situation arises, etc. to inform them. I find him quite efficient, organised, and genuinely concerned about each tenant's rights to a reasonable enjoyment of life and each their visitors comforts and security It pains me to read previous reviews that are so unwelcoming disparaging to this manager whom has virtually turned this complex, inside and out, into the most desirable place to rent in the Niagara Region and beyond! It is of monumental comfort to me that when I leave after a visit or stay with my parents that I know they will sleep well every night and rest in peace and quiet throughout their years here at Rose City Terraces... How lucky for my parents!!!Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Then we started to hear things and see things for ourself.Our first month here people were telling us things that we found hard to believe but in time we learned all they said was the truth. There's a problem with the guy who manages the building he seems to think its his kingdom and he's the high king. Hes nice to your face and then gossips about you to other tenants. We've heard things he's said about us, some true and most not, and all of which is nobody's business. He can be quite mean and we've learned a bully type person. He thinks of most of the tenants in contempt,but he can be so sweet to you to your face you find it impossible what you hear he's said behind your back. Not a great manager either. He must have the owners fooled if they still keep him. I talked with two tenants both of who said they told him they were moving because they found it too expensive but they told me they were really moving because they can't stand him, they've had enough. I really don't know who he gets away with all his buffoonery.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
