    EPIC FAIL Sweeny Tood ;(
    This place was a joke... Extremely overpriced, and the last time I was there, I was on time for my 5:30 appointment, but was kept waiting for 20 minutes. THE KICKER was that when I walked in, the man in the chair was almost COMPLETELY BALD. I stayed and waited and watched while the girl I had an appointment with went over every inch of his shaved head with scissors, then took out the trimmer and trimmed his neck again, then took him in back, and returned to start cutting his hair again. I thought I was the butt of a sick prank. I left after 20 minutes. When I returned home, I called in and spoke with David, one of the owners, and explained the situation to him. He refused to concede anything to me except to reschedule. I suggested a one time discount of %50 off but he refused. His exact words to me were "Well, life is life," which I found to be unacceptable dismissive, diminutive and condescending. Between being made to feel that my time and did not matter, and the fact that I was unacknowledged while I sat and waited into my appointment time, and that the owner refused to act in good faith, compounded by the insult that they were cutting a mans hair with little more than fuzz for over 15 minutes makes me feel obliged to warn anyone to seek another salon, even if it is not as convenient. At least you will have your dignity, and feel good about your haircut.
