First off the little girl that was washing my hair was constantly commenting on how dead my hair was (no shit- it's hair- and it was NOT split end city). She then continued to chat about all the other "crazy" people who came in from the Groupon while I was supposed to be getting the relaxation scalp treatment. Anything but relaxing. I understand her passion for starting young and getting into hair design but wow, the shop needs some help on professional attitudes. The man who owns it hardly smiled at me let alone welcomed me. He then proceeded to cut my hair, straight across. It literally looks like he snipped it from a pony tail and let it. Don't get me wrong I like the length (only about 4 inches off) but he could have made the cut a heck of a lot better. I won't go back here again. Thank God my groupon was cheap.-
