I went today for a root touch up and they dyed almost 3/4 th of my entire hair taking out all my highlights I previously had done 6 weeks earlier. The hairstyist and manager took no accountability and treated me very poorly. On top of that they accused me of trying to get "free service" which was not the case. I was in shock and very upset at what the hairstylist had done to my hair. I've never been so insulted in my entire life. I am dumbfounded that I actually paid $55 dollars to have them do something I never asked for nor wanted. My hair has one color now. I just wanted my ROOTS done only. I spent a lot of money putting my highlights in at another salon. I now have to go to another salon to put my highlights back in. I do not like my hair because I liked how my hair was previously and simply wanted just my roots touched up. The worst is not my hair-I can get it redone. It's how I was treated. Didn't think in today's day in age people would ever be treated as they treated me today.-
