    Very Very Bad. Calling them led to civil court.
    We live in Cambridge and unfortunately broke down in London so we called Mikes towing. They loaded our car onto the flatbed and soon we were on our way. We were speeding down the road and the driver braked to avoid running a red. We felt the impact of our vehicle immediately hit the back of the cab we were in. Our bumper was completely detached from the vehicle, and later damages were also discovered. We asked for insurance info and seeing as we had the owner of the company driving we felt we would be out of there quickly. He was adamant about not bringing insurance into this and assured us he had a garage and would do the repairs himself and have the car delivered back in 2 days. When the car arrived it was clear he did not fulfill his end of our agreement. A scrap bumper was put on in placement of our custom front bumper, the radiator was cracked in the accident and left unfixed and when we called to speak to them about the crappy job they did and to obtain insurance info we were denied any of that and even denied us an invoice, Looks like its off to civil court for us. We do not recommend Mikes towing to anyone who values their vehicle, and if you must cal them as you have no other options, be sure to acquire insurance info immediately if they damage your vehicle, and do not commit to a verbal agreement with them for any reason, they simply will not do as they promised to do.
