    I went there to get my hair cut today because my friend recommended to me. I started to observe the woman who was doing my haircut that she was racing with the time by timing and she hadn't look for any details. I started to freaked out and told her my hair isn't even one side was longer than another and they don't look the same( I separated my hair in the middle) she told me " your hair is trick on this side that's why it doesn't look similar." That made me feel she isn't a professional. I said, the way you cut it, it isn't about my hair. I needed my hair style like diagonal and slop down to the bottom. She couldn't do the right for me and she didn't trim the end for me. That make me so pissed off. I asked her to fix my hair. She said, your hair will be short. Because you didn't cut it right and make it even. She said she isn't gonna fix any thing and will charge me double. I hate this place my first time and was the last time. They aren't the professional haircut and have no service mind. I end up with my haircut with the hair salon next door nearby this place to fix my hair.(Anna Salon) the lady there she fixed my hair and make it look better. She knew that my hair wasn't done and not perfect yet. I'm not reccomend anyone go to Mazim spa and Salon. This place is worst ever.....
