    Excellent Customer Service
    The hotel was clean and the staff welcoming. We found the rooms to be clean and had no problems. The staff were friendly as they provided all basic amenities and gave me a morning wake up call.

    Excellent Customer Service
    Based on only one night stay I can warmly recommend Bell City for anyone seeking time away and comfort for business or leisure. The customer service was excellent as they provided us with all basic amenities as well as a morning wake up call.

    Doesn't deserve any stars.By FAR the DIRTIEST place I have ever stayed in. Owner walking in room cause my husband took car to get coffee he thought we were gone. People normally give the key back before they leave. I think I have the same room as the last reviewer cause the walls are utterly disgusting. A/C doesn't work can't turn down heat bathroom door doesn't close WiFi doesn't work just disgusting. Absolutely DO NOT recommend to anyone .

    As for the rating I don't give one because it's not good at all .Worst stay ever no respect it was dirty owner and cleaner barging in my room no heat bathroom door could not even close. We should have had our money returned to is was getting crabbed at because we were not gone yet. But yet we still had 30 min. I have worked in a hotel before. Weather u think people r gone or not u still have to knock on the door before u enter!!!! Look at the walls it looks like someone threw there drinks all over the walls. Will never ever stay in there again!
