Ruah Counselling Centre

Ruah Counselling Centre is a spiritually motivated agency that provides individual, couple and family counselling as well as psycho-educational groups. We embrace an adapted version of Canda’s (1988) definition of spirituality as ‘the human quest for personal meaning and mutually fulfilling relationships among people, the non-human environment, and, for most, the Creative Spirit’. Our services seek to support interdependence between individuals, relationships, communities and our environments. The five pillars on which we welcome participants are: Parenting Relationship Building Youth Wellness Spirituality. Our services are client-focused and goal- oriented. We provide professional counselling services in an environment which supports client autonomy and well-being.
