Surprisingly I see on the web my name as an osteopath practicing in Blainville, Quebec, Canada (1-1050 Blvd Cure-Labelle, Blainville, Qc, Canada, J7C 2M6). Just consider that this business is closed since more than 5 years and sometimes people keep going there by error because your site provides wrong information concerning my practice. Unfortunately, such information cannot be removed easily from the web. The contact form of your site, as an example, is bugged, so it is barely impossible to get in touch with you. Within five working days, I want to be completely removed from NEARBY. Take note that it is a major deontological fault to advertise as an Osteopath when you are an active licensed Chiropractor in the Province of Quebec. If you fail to withdraw all of my personal information over the web as mentioned above, you will be held responsible for any fine or resulting damage, including, but not limited to, the fees to assume my defense concerning any kind of Syndic’s Complain from the Quebec Chiropractic Boards. You’ll have to also assume the responsibility for any related income lost, should such a situation arise. Finally, I consider logical that the only entity allowed to provide visibility over the web for my company should be at least a designated Employee of the Company in question.
