James S. Muttoo, President Over the past 25 years, James has gained a wide knowledge and experience necessary to oversee Auto Parts Claims Reduction Inc. Since 1990, while working in marketing for several O.E.M. parts suppliers to the auto body repair industry, he observed the fraudulent activity of auto body repair facilities. As an Administrative Manager / National Sales Manager for an aftermarket parts importer, he supervised both the office as well as fourteen sales personnel. After leaving the auto repair industry in 1997, James devoted his time to writing the Parts Direct Purchase Program, which is now used as the basis of the 'Parts Direct Vendor Program'. In 1998, James joined the RCMP working in its 'Special I' department, until he retired in 2010. The valuable investigative techniques gained while at the RCMP, developed the passion he has to be a consumer advocate combating auto insurance repair fraud.
