Holistic Bodyworx Yoga, Pilates, & Wellness Studio is Mississauga's first Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates Studio. We are located in a small picturesque business village in the heart of Mississauga. We have two studios in a peaceful environment; an infrared hot studio, and a non-hot studio for our hot and non-hot Yoga, Pilates, Body Sculpt and other fitness classes and we offer many classes seven days per week. Our Instructors are friendly, approachable, experienced and trained to help students learn, meet and exceed their fitness and wellness goals. We also specialize in private and small group training for Yoga, Pilates, traditional personal training, nutritional & weight loss coaching. Holistic BodyWorx Yoga, Pilates & Wellness Studio is also a school offering teacher training certification in yoga, pilates, and reflexology. Holistic BodyWorx is a registered School with the Yoga Alliance and we also offer wellness services including Reflexology, Reiki, Thai Yoga Massage.
