Providence Healthcare is a leader in providing rehabilitation, palliative care, long-term care and community programs in Toronto. Providence Hospital offers inpatient and outpatient programs with a focus on rehabilitation for stroke and neurological conditions, hip fractures, lower limb amputations, and geriatric conditions. We also provide palliative care for people approaching the end of life. Our community programs include the Adult Day Program for people with moderate to severe dementia, as well as family and caregiver support through the Scotiabank Learning Centre. Our Cardinal Ambrozic Houses of Providence is a 288-bed long-term care home. Note: Providence Healthcare does not provide emergency services.
