I love being a member at ILKB Saskatoon. The atmosphere is very welcoming no matter what fitness level you are at. The instructors are great and very knowledgeable. I’ve seen an increase in my strength and flexibility. You can attend as many classes as you like, so it’s a great value. There are monthly challenges to help keep you motivated.
