Pure plomberie offers a wide variety of plumbing services and has a 24/7 emergency service. After 10 years as a plumber in several residential and commercial businesses, Charles-Alexis founded Pure Plumbing, in 2010, in his garage with one service truck and a few customers. During his time with other plumbing companies, he noticed that customer service was not always a priority, that some companies had neither uniform nor truck lettering. The myth of the fat, dirty, poorly dressed plumber with a butt crack was still present nonetheless. “I wanted to come up with a new approach, offer a different service, easy, clean. Provide the customer with the feeling that we will take good care of him.” Today, Pure Plumbing is ranked among the leading plumbing companies in the Greater Montreal area and West Island, aiming to become the largest plumbing firm in Quebec in the near future. Pure Plumbing has succeeded in almost doubling its revenues each year since its inception and, today, has several employees, a warehouse, two business offices, a number of service trucks and over 1000 customers.
