By Moni from Cote st. Luc, QcRalph Man's WareI visited "RALPH, MAN'S WEAR" on Sunday, Aug. 23, 2015, early afternoon. An unforgettable experience!!! You think you get into the store and look around at the displayed "Man's Wear" items... actually unsold past fashion merchandise discharged from fancier origins, many marked "BOSS", on sale at bargain prices posted on white paper with huge black lettering, what in common jargon everyone calls schmates. But... there is the boss - the store owner, a tall, dark, sad face, arrogant character who does not like you moving aimlessly around his store; after rude questioning he will marshal you to the display of your size like "that's an order"! If you deviate you shall be loudly admonished, and if you insist in your disobedience you shall be shouted at and put to shame in front of whoever happens to be around. I kindly asked him to keep his voice down, and he replied, "in my store I raise my voice as much as I want" and started really yelling, "you're cheap, get out and never again come to my store because you're cheap". For a moment of disbelief I watched him blurting, then I asked: "what would you say if I told you that you're an idiot?" I turned around, left, but he might be still yelling. I know you the reader, a potential client, think this is not believable. Try it, but be aware...No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend

They do not let customers try the clothes. I bought one pant and one short, each size 34. The pant fits fine, but the short is not size 34, more like 32. When I called to either give me a refund or exchange the short I was flatly and rudely refused by the salesman. When I asked for the manager, I was told he was busy. Upon insistence, the manager came to the phone and flatly refused to do anything about the short, which was not 34 as indicated by the label on it. I would not buy anything in future from them, neither would I recommend this store to any of my friends. This is not how good business runs by shunning customers, and being rude to them. I maybe contacted at 514-342-3690, if anybody cares. Dr. Sushil MisraNo, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
