They tell you they will charge $1600 for a close per house then charge 2 times that amount. In my case I feel they saw that I was getting back $200K and wanted a piece of the pie. I feel really disgusted and abused. The kicker was that they didn't even complete the close properly,I received bills for the former owner that were not disclosed, this was totally unexpected, unprofessional and unnecessary. They also don't get back to you until they deem they are ready. Lousy service, I wish I never used them. I would never recommend them and am writing to advise everyone of their nature. Their business also is unorganized and disorderly, that should have been my first clue.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
