By Leona from BrockvilleCustomer ReviewThese people are impossible to do business with. We live 4 hours away so we made a deal over the telephone. We were waiting for them to safety the car and have it ready for pick up before traveling via train. They assured us it was a done deal, that we could pick up on Friday (tomorrow) and that they would pick us up at the train station. We offered to pay electronically or at least send a deposit because we did not want them selling the car to someone else before we got there, but they refused and said it was fine, not to worry about it. Train tickets already purchased we called to let them know what time we were to be picked up and they tell us they sold the car to someone else. Thanks for ripping us off for the train tickets and wasting our time when we could have been out purchasing another car!-
