I needed to change my flight times because they did not let me board the plane due to my layover time being 30 hours in Istanbul and when I went to the head office in Toronto they said that they can't help because I need to contact customer relations and they don't exist. The only way to contact them is online and they will respond in 7 days. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. NEVER EVER FLY TURKISH AIRLINES. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND MOVE ON TO SOMETHING BETTER.

To change a flight meant travelling to the airport ahead of time to pick up the changed ticket, and that is a big drive. It would be wonderful if email communications would suffice for eticket changes.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
By Ali naderi ghombavani from Richmond hill(1 of 1 customers found this review helpful)Customer ReviewIts awful airlines.it did not issue one of boarding pass and because of it , i have pick up my bagages and give to counter again at istanbul and they charged me for viza fee(about 80$) to can pass the passport check and recieve my bags .then againe at toronto i did not recieve my bags and they sent it two days later to my adress.
By Nusrat from Montreal(5 of 5 customers found this review helpful)Customer ReviewMiss guidance about information: I traveled by this airline and after I purchase my ticket there was a change of of policy made by Turkish airlines and for that reason my connecting flight was 19 hours delayed on my returning ticket .and I was promised that for there I convince they will provide me hotel accommodation however to get the accommodation I will have to get Turkis visa to exit airport and the visa money will be returned to me at the final destination .but when I got back I tried in multiple ways to get the reimbursement and I was told it's not returnable . I don't think all the employees of this airlines are aware of their terms and policies they just advice anything just to get the situation out of their hands No I wouldn't fly through this airlines neither I would recommend this airlines to my friends and family or relatives.

Although I have tried many times still the website tells me that I am putting my info wrong, which is impossible! I then tried to call the phone numbers that they have provided on the website or on the ticket! None of them were helpful, I could not talk to anybody and all it was Turkish language , No English at all! Very poor service!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend

It is better to go and do their business in Turkey. As a customer I don't know what to do with my ticket. I called their airport office, they referred me to this office again.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend

How cold I do that if nobody in Turkish airlines answers my calls or responds to my messages? what is baggage allowance if my itinerary is Baku-Istanbul-Montreal? Anybody can answer my questions please?No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
