I phoned them to request a witness signature to my affidavit I was filing for a certificate of estate trustee. After setting up a time to come by and the cost of $25 for witnessing, when I got there the estate clerk flatly refused to do it, stating there was a misunderstanding and she wouldn't do it unless she was getting all of the business, and I had been misinformed. I had rearranged my day to cover this appointment, but she made no effort to put things right with this 'supposed' misunderstanding, by just witnessing the signature for me, although she was qualified to do it. Certainly a lack of respect for the client, and professional courtesy and manner, particularly towards someone like myself, being there because I had just lost my wife of 42 years.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
