My customer service experiences with the staff, both in office and on deliveries, have been exceptional. I pay my bill regularly - then when I need a fill, I call to order it and I have it withing a reasonable time (from what I understand, delivery is based on your tank reading, so if people are patient enough, they will surely get their fuel!) I noticed that someone wrote on here that they were left without heat...I find this surprising as I have never been without heat since I began dealing with Casey's a few years ago...then again, as I stated previously, I pay my bill regularly... Also, I noticed that this website has stated that there are only 8 employees, but I've been to their office numerous times over the past few years and it appears to me that there are a lot more employees than 8, so Profile Canada may want to update their records...Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The owner Casey Vollering didnt care at all that i had no heat even though i have a newborn baby and said he would be here when he got here! He is the rudest person I have ever seen and they do not care about customer service what so ever! If you require heat in your home at all times do not go with CASEYS PROPANENo, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend

After months of contacting them to remove our tank as we were installing NG they charged me a restocking charge for the propane left and a charge to pick up the tank. I was expecting a refund of over 100.00 They sent me a cheque for 13.08. Very poor customer service. Suggest you review your options before you consider this company. I only picked one star as it was mandatory.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend

They increased my annual rental fee by a huge amount citing the rising cost of metal even though I was keeping the existing tank. They knew that my only option was to have their tank removed and pay a large drop fee for another tank from any other company, so they had me over a barrel. I didn't appreciate the cash grab.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
