By Sharon from Oshawa centreCustomer ReviewMy husband bought me a princess cut trinity ring from mirage line, it was beautiful I loved it, he picked it out himself and I was totally surprised by his good taste however a short time later I lost a diamond! My heart sunk as u can imagine ! I immediately took it back to Oshawa jewellers and Tally replaced the diamond no questions asked, I was happy. Until a short time later i lost another diamond, u can imagine how I felt but I no things happen , I went back to oshawa jewellers the 2nd time Tally was reluctant but I assured him I am not careless with my ring and never wear it to work and why can't they make a ring wear diamonds don't fall out!! He stood by me and replaced the diamond at no cost to me, I was impressed until it fell out a 3rd time and all I wanted to do was cry, why can't I wear and enjoy this what was a beautiful ring with sentimental value, you can only imagine how sick my heart felt, after all I wanted it to go to my previous granddaughter some day! Well I once again went to oshawa jewellers and spike to Racheal the owner , she instantly reassured me that she heard my story and would let me pick another ring in the showcase or redesign mine. Whew what a relief!! She stood by their word 110 percent to make me happy and she did !!! I couldn't ask for better service and oh did I mention the ring purchase was 8 years old !! Racheal is a fine lady and stated to me ( if I am happy she will sleep good tonight ) this is true customer service and quality gaurnteeed even when the ring was purchased 8 years ago! Kudos to you Racheal-
