By Shearer from OshawaCustomer ReviewIt has been 8 weeks to the day (September 17 - it is now November 12) since I saw Dr. Moffat to discuss the results of my sleep test. He recommended clap but has yet to send the requisition to the clinic so I can get my machine. I’ve phoned his office twice following up. Nothing. Two months! I’m supposed to try the machine for two weeks then return it so they can download the information in time for my 2nd follow up in early December. How is that possible when I can’t get the friggin machine?! Awful service. Just deplorable. Go elsewhere. He obviously doesn’t need your business. He’s not taking care of the ones he’s got.-
