The red haired hair dresser, younger was in a snippy mood and said a whole of 10 words in the 2 and a half hours I was there. Enough that another customer mentioned it to me that was sitting next to me. I started off by saying I would like the same as last time (which they keep on file) and she started doing highlights... and I mentioned aren't you going to do the roots and she said replied in a snippy voice you said you wanted highlights. I said I am sorry but that is Not what I got last time. She rudely asked Jody (who did my hair last time and was great) what she did and then continued without speaking a word. As soon as she put my hair up she left for a long time and said if you need something you can ask someone. When she came back she reeked like smoke so i'm assuming a smoke break. When she brought me over to wash the dye out I asked her to please make sure she got the underneath part fully washed as I had that happen previously and broke out in a rash because they didn't get all of the dye. At that point I was pretty frustrated after 2 1/2 hrs. I just said don't worry about the blow dry, I wanted to be out of there. As I got to the front and put my hair in a bun a ran my hand over the back of my hair to make sure all of it was up. Low and behold my hand comes down with a hand full of dye! I was furious, I told the receptionist I have never had a worse experience in my life, and the hair dresser was so unprofessional and rude. They had to take me back AGAIN to rinse my hair out properly. I did not leave a tip and asked Sami or Naji to call me, leaving my phone number and it has been over a month with zero phone call. I do not recommend this place at all. The worst professionalism I have ever come acrossNo, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
