Give him 30 days, then take him to small claims court. Chances are you'll never get your money anyway, this thief knows all the in's and out's. Everything is in his wife's name so he won't loose. Like father, like son. Every angle is covered. Good luck to you all.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend

At least he lives near Lake Ontario and hopefully the next trade he rips off will take him "fishing". I live for that possibility. Heads up, he is in Cobourg now under the name, Mar-Lynn Contracting. Scum is scum no matter what it's called.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
