By Don from Guelph(1 of 1 customers found this review helpful)PARKER CLEANERS Owner does not keep his word.On August 8th,I brought them 4 Mens complete suits to be dry cleaned. I picked them up from their branch on Speedsville and Woolwich. That Saturday I took one out and went to do a funeral only to be told by a few parishioners that my suit pants and jacket were all stained. When I got home I checked the other 3 suits and found that each suit was stained at the seams. I returned 3 suits to the manager Jackie and she took the suits and sent them to their Head Office attention to the owner SHAWN and after about 5 trips and an E mail I finally got a telephone call from I hear the owner SHAWN,on October 3rd,at 9;%% A.M. who came to a comprimise with me ,and informed me that he would have his bookkeeper put a cheque in the mail. As of November 3rd, I have yet to receive my cheque for the 4 suits that they ruined,plus in the meantime I have sent them at least 4 E mails and guess what still no reply. Another thing I advise you to get a receipt for your cleaning when you pick it up, they usually always keep them and refuse to give you a copy. Good luck if you leave suits with them.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
