    ROTTEN!
    This clinic has abuse my father by Misprescribing and Overprescribing of Drugs and too many blood test in the last 2 month. The staff also keep hanging up the phone on my father and when he tries to book an appointment. When he finally got to the clinic, the staff told my father that we are fully book today and you might have to wait 3 or more hours.There was only one person in the clinic. The government should shut this clinic down for GOOD!!!!!

    Unprofessional service
    878 Brown's Line West Side Specialists Centre is another example of the terrible attitude towards people,towards patients who need specialist attention.Coming for appointment means NOTHING.The doctor just did not show up and no one bothered to warn me about the cancellation.

    very rude receptionist
    i called to see if there's a long wait bcz i know it's always crowded and the receptionist replies come in and wait and i don't have time to count the patients for you, i said all i want to know if i will wait long do you have many files in front of you? she says well bye byeeeee and hangs up!!! that's not the first time she does that, the doctor gave me a prescription for a cream with a percentage that doesn't exist and the pharmacist called to change it and the receptionist gave us very hard time and she wasn't cooperative at all, i had to wait a few days to get this fixed and finally get my medicine!

    Horrible manangment I had appointment at 3:00 pm, I arrived 20 minutes earlier to register myself the doctor saw me at 4:40 pm just to tell me I needed a test that couldn't be done a that time because it takes long and they close at 5.00 pm.
