Today I had to bring in the ranger because of transmission problems (banging into reverse & not going into first)with ony 21000km. So when I asked about the loaner I was first told oh sorry all our plates are out of town. So when I said that I had to have a loaner and there was no other way around it I was told to talk to Paul Legris so I did,a nice or helpfull person he is not. He stormed off and came back and gave me the keys to an older GMC Envoy. First thing I noticed was no rearview mirror and wires hanging out. So I went to put some fuel in it but by the time I got to the Esso there was an overwelming amount of pet dander in the air and it was to the point it affected my vision and breathing so I went back to talk to PAUL LEGRIS to see if he would put the plate on an used F150 that they had in the lot and he said NO WAY so I reminded him I need a vehicle for work and that the Envoy was undrivable without all the window down. And his response to me was and I quote "I DONT CARE IF YOU HAVE TO CARRY THE 2X4S ON YOUR BACK!" Now is that the way to treat a customer. What the also seemed to forget was that when I purchased it last year I told them that in 1 or 2 years I would be buying a second truck for my business.Well they've lost that sale and any other purchases I would have made-
