    They won't be around for long
    We have been in business for over 16 years and never have we had such a horrible experience. We had the unfortunate experience of working with Miri of FOS Decor. FOS Decor contacted us to buy a used phone system using Barter where companies trade for services as they couldn't justify purchasing a new one. I must say that they are the most disorganized company we have ever met. We repeatedly trained their staff on how to use a telephone however they did not have the capacity to learn the simple features. In the end they even lied about the number of telephones they received and each time we were onsite they tried to get us to do extra cable runs that were not quoted. They basically wanted work for free as the work requested versus what was quoted our contracts clearly indicated that any work above and beyond scope of work quoted would be billable as required. Their project had numerous construction issues such as the IT room not being ready for the termination of cables, no lighting, ceiling grids had to be removed, no electricity, we could not fish cables in the warehouse due to the man lift not being available, cable run locations were changed making them extremely long causing us additional labor and additional trips to site. Our project manager even made an in person visit to explain that the additional hours would be billable during the project. Any additional work was not presumed to be free, and we made that very clear in our numerous communications in both telephone and email with them. I would not recommend that you work with this company as they can't be trusted.
