    SHADY BUSINESS
Warning! Avoid this shady, scumbag establishment at all costs. My wife and I were rear-ended, causing substantial damage to our car. Our tow truck driver informed us that the car would be taken to Triple Crown in Vaughn - they are a certified Hyundai shop. The next day, we called our dealership (in St. Catharines) and decided we wanted our car brought there, as we are leasing the car and want the work to be done correctly for when we hand in the car. Our insurance agreed and organised for a tow truck to pick up our car. At this point Triple Crown was already giving our insurance a run around on the phone and kept hanging up on her. They from day one said we signed a work order, which we never did. They finally said we could go in to sign a release form. We drove 3 hours there to sign this form and 3 hours. They reluctantly brought us a simple form stating we want the car released. We read it, signed it, took a picture for proof. My wife was then brought another form and told you also “need to sign this form, to prove the car is here”. It was nothing more than a piece of paper with a description of our car’s make and model. He then snatched the form away before a picture could be taken. We then drove home, thinking we were done with them forever. Our insurance calls us the next day saying they won’t release the car, as they have a signed work order. When my wife asked for a photo of this form (it turned out to be the second from she signed). So this shady company got us to sign the form and then called it a work order. They kept our car hostage for 3 weeks! Our insurance had to get an investigative unit on the case to help release the car. This company just wants your money and tries to screw your insurance for storage fees, but wont let your car go. They stole our entire vacation time from us! Also do not trust ASAP towing and Quality Car rentals, they are all connected. They seem helpful at first, and trustworthy, but in the end screw you.
No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
