Where to began on the poor customer service that I received today from Ross at Rush’s Auto parts. Ross is a poor example of customer services and shame on the owner(s) of Rush’s Auto Parts for continuing to provide this man employment.
Over a period of 35 minutes this morning, while standing at your service parts entrance; I witnessed one customer storm out, four in-store customers, wait patiently while they continued to be bumped by call-in customers. Also witnessed Ross preach to customers over the phone that he does not have time to answer their questions, or he has only sold 6 sets of tires over the past 3 years of his employment and questioning the customer why they would come to Rush’s Auto Parts for tires. He shouted at a elderly men to return only when he has a VIN number. And in my situation, where I contacted the store prior to my three hour drive to confirm with Steve that my part was ready for pick up and all i had to do was provide my name, only to arrive to have Ross stat that Revenue Canada does not allow him to search invoices by name. I asked several times if i could use the phone to make a free collect call to track down additional information on the part I was scheduled to pick up, and I was told by Ross that his boss said no.
Ross is a disgrace to the term of customer services. His arrogant behaviour should not be tolerated by any future customers. Please take the time to research your parts online and purchase elsewhere.
