Synergy Strength (CrossFit Saskatoon) remains a locally owned and operated family oriented business. We love the city we live in, we love what we do, and we are passionate about helping you reach your fitness goals. Synergy Strength began with a belief in offering exceptional member experience and we continue to strive for this today.  Founder, Chad Benko grew up in rural Saskatchewan and learned from a young age the value of hard work, providing a quality product, and impacting people’s lives through service. Through the love of fitness, strength, physical culture, and continuing education Synergy Strength's goal is to improve its members' quality of life, while setting out to build a fit community in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
