    I recently had a scary experience with my car on the 403 in Burlington. My car was stopped dead in the HOV lane. The first call I made was to my mechanic at the Guelph Line Canadian tire. He arranged for a tow truck for us. He and the garage manager were very empathetic and were concerned about me as I was clearly distressed. They took the time to make sure I was okay. He was unable to work on the car that day because it had overheated. The next day was the Friday before the long weekend. My mechanic went in on his day off to fix my car so that I would have the car to take my daughter to her college dorm that weekend. I have been taking my car to this garage for nearly 3yrs now. Every time, they go above and beyond my expectations. They take the time to explain everything, they give me options, and they treat me like family. Inside the store, the staff are equally friendly and helpful. My experience at this store has always been excellent. I highly recommend this garage and store to everyone.
