We ended up cutting our losses with this company over a repair to a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator. We feel we were scammed out of $400 (price if paying cash), for a repair that turned out not to be the issue in the first place, and secondly, should only have costed $135 (parts and labour), according to the Sears repairman who ended up doing the actual repair. After several calls to Same Day Appliance Repair, we got the run around and figured they had no intention of following up with us. The website is glossy and seems on the up and up, but if you research reviews on other websites, you will find that many people rated this company 0/10. This is for good reason. We would definitely not recommend them. This company profile site does not allow 0 stars, but that is what we would give. Terrible!-
