    My car was impounded, and hansen towing took my car, when i went to pick it up after 7 days they wrecked my front bumper, when i told the employees they had no clue what to do, they told me to call the manager, everytime i did call him he told me he'd call me back but never did, after about a week and a half of me calling everyday multiple times a day, they finally agreed to, replace it , when i went to drop me car off the manager was the same guy who was there when i originally went to pick up my car ,i called to ask about my car once again the manager never called back, i finally get my car back and its not even a new bumper its the same old bumper jus fixdd up and repainted, when the manager seen i was looking at the bumper he walked away, knowing i would confront him, also i put in a brand new battery, it looks like they replaced that to (still have to look into that). Conclusion , worst tow company ever, dont know why peel police uses them , stupidest decision the police could make. Wouldnt ever call these guys to tow one of my cars EVER
