    Scott Donaldson — 1 starClassic car wash is taking a big step backwards to where they were a couple years ago with poor customer service. Went in today for a wash and and interior clean, usually get the Works wash and an interior and that's been no problem, but now they are refusing to do the interior unless you pay the $5 up charge for "lava Glow" wax even if you do not want it. Show them how this isn't right and don't go there until they stop this practice.

    Incident involving klassic auto wash on Anne street, Barrie. (Petro Can) On Nov 10th 2014 at approx 2:40 pm I pulled into klassic car wash for gas. I asked to have $30 put into my tank. The blonde woman then clarified $30? I said yes. While the pump was still filling I went into the station to pay. I was informed by a different woman I couldn't pay until the pump stopped. I said "it's only $30 can't you just put it in?" I was told no. OK no problem. She then went out to get the blonde woman who put the pump into my van. Both women came back in and the blonde said "you wanted $30 right?" I said (yes please) she then stated "well your tank over filled and you will have to pay" I told her that I couldn't afford it and I only had $30 that's why I asked for $30. She filled the tank to almost $70! She made me feel embarrassed and intimidated and insulted me in front of other customers because I couldn't pay for her mistake. She said "you don't have an extra $35?" No, I truly didn't. I could have cried. I had just spent all my money on my kids medication! That's why I was in Barrie! She did say I could pay the $30 today and come back to pay the rest at a later date. "Either way you're going to pay" is what she said in front of everyone. I paid for the $30 I asked for and she followed me out to the lot where she proceeded to take my license plate number and bully me for my personal information and harass me more. I told her I don't live in Barrie and she then threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't pay the remaining bill. My kids were scared to death. They witnessed the whole thing. When I left I called the police immediately and they told me to call the manager and tell them what had happened. My husband called the manager (because I was shaking and my kids were scared and crying) and he said "no problem, I didn't know about this I'll deal with it and you paid for what you asked for?" My husband said "yes" he said no problem. Now we have been receiving voice mails asking for payment (we don't live in Barrie) and today we received a police call asking for payment. They told the police I have a remaining bill!!! This is NOT service, that's why people go to full serve! I was bullied, intimidated, threatened and insulted! I understand we would've "used" the gas and its not like they could "remove" it out of my tank BUT after being a hairstylist for 16 years, if a customer says she has $50 for a half head of highlights and I, by mistake, put a full head in that costs $100, I can't just "remove" the color...she is "using" the color... And its my mistake. I pay for it. I don't ask the customer to pay for it, bully her, threaten her in front of her small children, insult her in front of customers, follower her out to her car harassing her, then tell her "its ok you dont have to pay" then call the cops on her say she stole hair color!
