I called three times to ask about my application and she was rude, unhelpful, hung up on me. I was told it still needed to be reviewed, that's fine , so the very next day we are denied. Reason we are told because we called to many times ??? Really? My partner and I have great references with great rental managements , secure jobs, always pay on time in full. There is no professional reason why we were denied the apartment we applied for. Very shocked by our experience with galaxy management. Very unprofessional treatment.
