By Ryan from New WestminsterBuyer beware, these guys are cooks!Buyer beware, these guys are cooks! I hired them to replace some drywall at my condo. They never even showed up for the promised date. I called and he said he would come the next day. Had to take 2 days off work. They made me pay 300$ deposit for the job, which was fine to secure materials etc, however when they showed up and cut the first hole, there was a leak found so work had to stop as it would maybe be strata responsibility. When they heard this they got really excited and talked about “jacking up the price” to get more out of the strata. Fast forward, the strata has assumed responsibility and is covering the damage. I have asked Venus multiple times to invoice me for the time they were there and credit me the remainder and they have refused saying it was “my problem” and for me to try and convince the strata to pay me for it. I would give a lower rating if I could.-
