Her success stems from her work ethic, passion for excellence, enthusiasm, creativity and integrity. With a unique mix of skills and experience, her natural interest in staging began when she was a young girl. She grew up in south Etobicoke, and has lived in Weston, Mississauga, Burlington, York, and now St. Catharines. Her father, besides working full-time shift work to support 8 children, purchased and handyman specials! Colleen frequently helped her parents to clean, paint, and repair, the handyman specials. Her parents would rent out the houses and then flip them for a profit. Colleen was intrigued and fascinated with the entire purchasing, repairing, and re-selling process. She learned that real estate is possibly the biggest and best investment most people make in their lifetimes. Equipped with incredible life experience and real estate expertise she purchased her 1st home at only 21 years old. Since then she has bought and sold 7 other homes, making substantial improvements prior to selling - such as kitchen, bathroom, and basement upgrades, roof repairs, flooring, windows, doors, etc… In every instance investment equity increased! A life lesson learned by Colleen is that when a home is well maintained and sold at the right time, the investment will be profitable! Colleen is a creative, passionate entrepreneur with compassion, enthusiasm, integrity and an intense desire to help others succeed while building her own successful and profitable business.
