I have graduated from this school, and all I can say is if you're considering registering, RUN. The registrar is the most sly, smug salesperson I've ever met. On the tour, she'll walk you TO this laundry room, hold the door open and let you look inside, but she will NEVER take you inside to see all the mould, dirt, broken appliances, burnt out lightbulbs, etc. They will trick you. They wash everything with water - that's it. No cleaning products. This would be okay, if we could actually get the place clean. Instead I was just spraying water on the floor and mixing dirt and hair around. You get treated like a misbehaved child no matter what you do. The last three months of my program were spent waiting. I'm not kidding you. I waited. They had nothing for me to do. Nothing to inspire me. Nothing to help me find a job. The owner runs the salon business portion of the course and she's not even a hairstylist. I felt genuinely ripped off for my whole experience there. I also feel like everything important I learned hair wise I either learned by trial and error, by asking other more senior students, or from YouTube. I think that's pretty pathetic. This school needs a huge change and the owner has no intention of changing anything as long as the money keeps flowing. All the students feel incarcerated and like they're serving a sentence. It should not be that way EVER in school, especially not if you're paying $15,000 for 1500 god-forsaken hours. Total. Rip-off.
