We are a full service company providing the initial emergency response, extraction of the water, drying out of the properties and finally the renovation, if required. We have had a large presence in the storm damage response to many catastrophic events that have occurred over the last ten years including the following: Toronto Floods in 2005 and 2013, Peterborough Floods in 2004 and 2012, Vaughan Tornadoes 2009 and Montreal Floods in 2012, We also have extensive experience through our property manager clients in responding to many high-rise and condominium floods. We are insurance claim specialists, offering detailed and transparent reporting directly to insurance companies. We do offer large non-insured discounts to those who find themselves without the necessary coverage.
