Prelist is an organization built by concerned home owners. It is a user-funded website that strives to be user-friendly, cost effective and free from external advertising. At Prelist we believe that if we work together as private sellers we can create a better system for everyone looking to buy or sell property. The mission of the site is to provide a platform where home owners can list their property for free, purchase a sign, and help build an effective platform to get exposure to the real estate market. For the majority of us, our homes are our most valuable asset. We know them inside and out, and have spent timeless hours on repairs, maintenance and landscaping. Prelist.org allows the property owner to deliver the facts and years of knowledge about their home to the buyer.
